One of the main activities of Business Legal Consultancy together with its partners is advising on corporate law. We advise and assist companies from establishment to liquidation. We help clients incorporate in the Netherlands or in Russian and CIS Countries and provide legal advice with regard to the proper form or structure of the company or group of companies. We also help draft the corporate charter and assist with necessary formalities, such as obtaining a business license in Russian and CIS Countries. In the Netherlands we co-operate with renowned civil notaries.

If a conflict arises between shareholders or between shareholders and management, we can act as mediators or act on behalf of one of the parties before court.

Business Legal Consultancy together with its partners also arranges the liquidation of companies after finishing the business activities.
