One of the main activities of Business Legal Consultancy is advising on Dutch corporate law in The Netherlands (Holland). We advise and assist companies from establishment to liquidation. We help clients incorporate in the Netherlands (Holland) or other EU Countries and provide legal advice with regard to the proper form or structure of the company or group of companies.
