In order to execute a transfer the following requirements have to be met:
- Corresponding education and work experience(at least bachelor degree);
- Salary threshold (the same as with the
knowledge migrant scheme): for employees younger than 30 - € 3.170 - per month,
for employees of 30 years old or older - € 4.324 per month50. However, this criterion
is not strict. It is mostly based on the individual assessment of the
candidate;
- The applicant has to be between 18 and 45 years old.
Besides these requirements there are also several requirements for the
foreign company. Such an international company has to be established in at
least 3 different states and its worldwide annual turnover must be not less
than € 50 000 000. A labour priority test (priority of the EU employees) is not applicable for the
intra-company transferees.
The duration of the procedure is between 5 and 6 weeks from the moment
of arrival to the Netherlands (Holland).
